10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and specifically the laws in force in the State of Karnataka. The courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
